China to Europe has an average of 21-28 days delivery

European shipping around euro countries 12-14 days

China to US average 21 days.

Faulty Goods

If a product is defective in any way upon delivery, please either contact us immediately or return the goods to our store by post ( You the consumer are liable for postage charges, returning the product)

We will either deliver a new one to you (once defect has been established free of charge) or refund you the cost of the product. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Once a product has been deemed faulty/not as described, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the product.
